2. General information and SSL/TLS encryption
This privacy policy informs you in accordance with Art. 13 and Art. 14 GDPR about the nature, scope and purpose of the processing of personal data on this website. Personal data is all data by which you can be personally identified or are identifiable (cf. Art. 4 no. 1 GDPR).

Purpose: Provision and technical operation of this website.
Processed data: Every time a page is accessed, the hosting provider automatically collects and stores connection and access data (so-called server log files). This includes in particular:
- IP address of the requesting device
- Date and time of access
- Accessed URL (page address)
- Amount of data transferred
- Browser type and version
- Operating system of the requesting device
- Referrer URL (previously visited page)
- HTTP status code
Server location: Germany.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the technically flawless presentation and secure operation of the website as well as in the detection and prevention of attacks and misuse.
Storage period: Server log files are usually deleted automatically after 7 days at the latest, unless security-relevant events require longer storage.
Data processing agreement: A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with ALL-INKL.COM. ALL-INKL.COM processes the data exclusively on instruction and for the purposes of the controller.
Third country transfer: There is no transfer to third countries outside the EU/EEA. The server is located in Germany.
5. Cookies and comparable technologies
Currently, only technically necessary functions are provided on this website. According to § 25 (2) TDDDG (German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act) and Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR, no consent is required for reading out or storing technically necessary information.
No tracking, analysis or marketing cookies requiring consent are used on this website. A consent management banner (cookie banner) is therefore not necessary.
6. Communication, newsletter and contact
Newsletter
On this website you have the option of subscribing to a free newsletter. When you sign up for the newsletter, the data you enter in the registration form is processed.
Processed data:
- Email address (mandatory)
- Name if applicable (as far as provided during registration)
- IP address of the registering device as well as date and time of registration (as proof of consent in the double opt-in procedure)
- Click and open rates if applicable (to measure the success of newsletter campaigns, if activated)
Purpose and legal basis: Purpose: sending information, news and, if applicable, offers to subscribers who have expressly signed up for it. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent). Consent is obtained by means of the double opt-in procedure.
Newsletter service provider: The newsletter is sent via the service provider Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with Sendinblue GmbH. No data is transferred to a third country, as the servers are operated within the EU.
Storage period and withdrawal: Your newsletter data is stored for as long as you have subscribed to the newsletter. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future (e.g. via the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or by email to hello@creativehome.space).
Contact via WhatsApp
A link for getting in touch via the messenger service WhatsApp is integrated on this website. The provider is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland (parent company: Meta Platforms, Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA).
If you click on the WhatsApp link and send us a message, we process your phone number as well as the message content you transmit in order to handle your request.
Legal basis: Use is based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR) or on taking pre-contractual steps (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR).
Third country transfer: When using WhatsApp, personal data may be transferred to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the USA. Meta Platforms, Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF).
You can withdraw your consent to the processing of the data at any time with effect for the future.

7. Storage periods and deletion concept
Personal data is deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies and no legal retention obligations conflict with this. An overview:
- Server log files (hosting): regular automatic deletion after 7 days at the latest.
- Newsletter data (email address, name): until consent is withdrawn.
- Contact data (WhatsApp / email): until your request has been finally processed or after statutory limitation and retention periods have expired.
- Statutory retention periods: where tax or commercial law retention obligations exist (§§ 147 AO, 257 HGB), the data concerned is retained for 6 or 10 years.
8. Third country transfers
No personal data is transferred to third countries outside the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA) through your visit to our website and the use of our hosting (ALL-INKL.COM) or our newsletter service (Brevo).
If you actively decide to contact us via the provided WhatsApp link, data may be transferred to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the USA. This transfer is permitted pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR on the basis of the adequacy decision of the EU Commission (EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
